Updates & Urging

First:
Go and VOTE today!
This is my "urging" for you...

Second:
Fitness Class. My House. 6-7pm. Tonight.
Be there, or be... round?


Third:
I am back to working out regularly. My goal is simply to do SOMETHING 6 days a week. Even if it is just a 20 minute walk.

Last night I did a Stretch & Tone class at the YMCA and love, love, loved it! I forgot how much I enjoy doing classes and yoga (which was incorporated lots).

Fit and healthy body, here I come!
