Don't Forget!

There is another
FITNESS GROUP
tonight from 6-7pm @ my house.

You don't have to bring anything. Feel free to bring water if you want (I can provide some tap water... ha ha) and a yoga mat if you want that instead of a towel.

Everyone is welcome, male and female, old and young.
You push yourself at your own level and pace.
Come have fun socializing with others while getting fit!
